CF&E Land is the real estate division of CF&E Investments Asia, focused on the acquisition, ownership and long-term management of real estate assets. We acquire residential, commercial and office properties with the objective of generating recurring rental income and long-term capital appreciation. Our portfolio is managed with a disciplined investment approach, focusing on well-located assets with sustainable income and value appreciation potential.
CF&E Land also selectively acquires strategic land parcels and residential opportunities where we see compelling long-term value.
