CF&E ReThink Capital™ has appointed CHOI Min-Jae as Investment Manager within its Buyout team, strengthening the platform’s investment capabilities as it continues to expand its activities across situational investment and private capital opportunities.

Min-Jae brings more than five years of experience in corporate finance and investment, with professional exposure spanning financial due diligence, private equity and venture capital. His experience includes evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis and supporting transactions across different stages of the investment lifecycle.

He began his career at Hahn & Company, where he spent five years across its Buyout and Development teams. During his tenure, he gained experience across investment analysis, transaction execution and portfolio-related activities, developing a strong foundation in private equity and corporate finance.

At CF&E ReThink Capital™, Min-Jae will contribute to the Buyout team’s evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, with a focus on identifying businesses where capital, active ownership and strategic initiatives can support transformation and long-term value creation.

His appointment forms part of CF&E ReThink Capital™’s broader initiative to build a specialised investment team and deepen its capabilities across buyouts, situational investments and strategic opportunities.
