CF&E Land has acquired a premium office unit at Two Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, in Hong Kong’s prestigious Admiralty district for HKD 40 million, further strengthening its exposure to one of Asia’s leading financial and commercial centres. The approximately 2,055-square-foot office is supported by strategic equity funding from Saichild Holdings Limited (“Saichild”).
